Our Pool / spa inspection includes assessment of fencing, gates, screen enclosure, proximity to electrical wires, and location of electrical outlets. We also inspect the the pool and deck surface condition and the coping surrounding the pool. As well as the equipment and operation of the pump, drains, lights, the presence of GFCI devices, junction box condition and location, heaters, filters, piping, timers, disconnects, heaters, controls, accessories, skimmers, and the appropriate electrical bonding is in place.

Mobile Home Inspections
A mobile home inspection is very similar to a site-built home inspection while also considering the differences in the construction method. We check for alignment of the home, soft spots in the floor, sagging in the roof, crowning, moisture barriers are in tact as well as the water heater and the furnace areas, and more.
